My intention as a humanistic therapist is to create a powerful therapeutic relationship with my clients. Struggling with sexuality issues can often lead to feelings of shame or embarrassment. I believe that difference does not equal "disorder,” I see our sexualities as one of the most diverse and unique parts of ourselves. My goal is centered around my passion of helping others find sexual liberation!

I work primarily with adolescents and adults and lead groups focused on relationship dynamics and family systems. I am also pursuing my certification in sex therapy and sexuality education. I work from a systemic lens, meaning I believe that our issues occur within the context of our relationships with others and the world around us.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am poly/open and kink knowledgeable and enjoy working with clients in non-traditional relationships as well as those who identify as LGBTQIA2+.
