"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you are truly."

- Carl Jung

My intention as a humanistic therapist is to create a powerful therapeutic relationship with my clients. Struggling with sexuality issues can often lead to feelings of shame or embarrassment. I believe that difference does not equal "disorder,” I see our sexualities as one of the most diverse and unique parts of ourselves. My goal is centered around my passion of helping others find sexual liberation!

My love and passion for helping others led me to become a therapist. They often say that therapists are "wounded healers", ones that use their empathy to put forth healing to our community at large. My Italian heritage and family members taught me a lot about showing up for others as a way of engaging in relational care.

My Clients...

I work primarily with adolescents and adults and lead groups focused on relationship dynamics and family systems. I am also pursuing my certification in sex therapy and sexuality education. I work from a systemic lens, meaning I believe that our issues occur within the context of our relationships with others and the world around us.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am poly/open and kink knowledgeable and enjoy working with clients in non-traditional relationships as well as those who identify as LGBTQIA2+. I hope to create a therapeutic space where it is welcomed to step into authenticity without fear of being shamed or judged. Here are some presenting concerns that I commonly see:

  • relationship issues

  • people with neurodivergent identities

  • sexual identity

  • CNM / ENM

  • sexual dysfunctions / differences

  • sexual shame

  • pornography issues

  • sex workers

  • gender identity

  • desire discrepancy

  • Kink and BDSM

  • pleasure

  • cultivating sexual liberation

  • OCSB [Out of Control Sexual Behavior] / "sex addiction"

  • healing from sexual trauma

  • non-traditional relationship dynamics

  • family systems issues

  • co-parenting

  • generational trauma / breaking generational patterns and cycles

  • grief and loss

  • general mental health issues

My Approach...

For those who are interested in philosophical stances and conceptual frameworks, I work from a largely integrative approach inclusive of humanistic therapy, person centered therapy,  narrative,  feminist, and attachment based theories. My overall approach centers around humanistic therapy as I value supporting people in finding their most authentic way of life. With a background in systemic thinking, I believe that our issues occur within the context of our relationships with others and the world around us.

As a Human First...

My co-therapist cats, aquascaping my home aquariums, nurturing house plants, cuddling my Squishmallows, aerial arts, fidgeting with fidget toys, shedding love & light, working remote so I can travel between CO and WA and anywhere else my wanderlust heart desires, challenging societal norms, and spending time with family and friends.
