I believe there is something deeply human about being known, understood, and accepted as we are. My role as a therapist is to create a space where you can show up as your whole self, with all of the complexity, contradiction, curiosity, and uncertainty that comes with being human. I approach therapy with genuine curiosity about each person’s unique experience and the ways we come to understand ourselves, our relationships, and the systems we live within.

My approach is grounded in humanistic and person-centered therapy, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. I see therapy as a collaborative process built on compassion, curiosity, and authentic connection rather than judgment or the idea that there is one “right” way to be. I also work from a systemic and intersectional perspective, recognizing that our identities, relationships, communities, and larger social systems all shape the ways we experience ourselves and the world around us.

I am committed to providing a non-pathologizing, culturally responsive, sex-positive, and anti-racist space for clients. I welcome and affirm people across diverse identities, neurotypes, relationship structures, and lived experiences, including LGBTQ+ individuals and communities, neurodivergent people, consensual non-monogamy and polyamory, kink, sex work, and people navigating changes related to disability or injury. I believe there is no single blueprint for intimacy, sexuality, relationships, or a meaningful life, and I value the opportunity to help clients explore what feels authentic and right for them.

My work has a particular focus on sexuality, intimacy, relationships, and sexual and relational well-being. I am especially interested in helping clients explore the stories they have developed about themselves, their bodies, their relationships, and their sexuality, and creating space to consider whether those stories still fit who they are becoming. Whether you are navigating relationship changes, exploring your sexuality or relationship structure, processing grief or addiction, adjusting to disability or injury, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, be curious, and feel genuinely seen.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver, graduating in August 2026. My clinical training is rooted in systemic and relational therapy, with additional training and professional development in sex therapy and sexual wellness. I have attended the AASECT conferences in 2025 and 2026 and continue to pursue ongoing education in sexuality, relationships, neurodiversity, and inclusive clinical practice.
