Hi, I’m Ya-Shi Duhon (she/they) and I work with individuals, couples, and polycules navigating intimacy challenges, communication breakdowns, identity exploration, and the complex intersections of race, sexuality, and mental health.

As a Black, queer, neurodivergent woman, I offer a lived perspective that honors nuance, nonconformity, and authenticity. I specialize in sex therapy, ethical non-monogamy, kink/BDSM-informed care, and relational healing—especially for those in marginalized communities who may not see themselves reflected in traditional therapy spaces. Whether you're deconstructing internalized shame, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or simply seeking a more fulfilling relationship with yourself or others, I’m here to hold space with compassion, curiosity, and candor.

My approach is collaborative, systemic, and affirming. I integrate emotion-focused, attachment-based, and trauma-informed techniques to help you feel seen and empowered—not pathologized. Therapy with me is a place where your full self is welcome, and where meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.
I currently offer virtual therapy across Texas and Colorado. Let’s connect and explore what healing can look like for you.
