Connection

Connection is at the heart of who we are, and sometimes, it's where we hurt the most.

Whether you're navigating conflict with a partner, struggling to set boundaries in complex relational dynamics, or finding it hard to open up and trust, relationship challenges can leave you feeling isolated, misunderstood, or stuck in painful interaction cycles.

Our therapists help you explore the roots of how you relate to others (and how you relate to the longest relationship you will ever have... with yourself). Together, we'll work on building healthier communication, deepening intimacy, healing old wounds, and creating the kind of connections that you crave and deserve.

Many of our clinicians have specialized training in several approaches, presenting concerns, and frameworks of relational dynamics. We support couples, partnerships, families, and friendships with an affirming, strength-based lens. We use a brain-style-based approach to help family members and partners understand themselves and their loved ones more deeply.

Some of our best work lies in healing from a rupture in trust or communication. We use a "4-R" approach: Rupture, Reflect, Repair, Reconnect.
