WEEKEND INTENSIVES
Are you feeling disconnected from your partner?
Struggling with communication, trust, or unresolved conflicts?
A Weekend Couples Therapy Intensive is designed to help you break through barriers, rebuild trust, and create a deeper, more fulfilling relationship—all in just one transformational weekend.
WHY CHOOSE AN INTENSIVE?
Because you're busy. Unlike traditional therapy, a weekend intensive provides focused, uninterrupted time to dive deep into your relationship. We'll identify and address core issues and develop lasting solutions so you can leave feeling more connected than ever.

Designed for...
Couples facing ongoing conflict or distance
Partners seeking to deepen their emotional and physical connection
Engaged or newlywed couples wanting a strong foundation
YOUR WEEKEND, YOUR TRANSFORMATION
THIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
-
4 sessions of pre-weekend work
-
Private therapy sessions with a relational expert tailored to your unique relationship
-
Guided exercises and interactive discussions
-
A clear roadmap for continued growth beyond the weekend
Agenda
We'll start with 4 pre-weekend sessions (these can happen all in the same week or over the course of a few weeks). A session for introductions followed by one session focused on each of you. Then one more to solidify your goals and agenda for our weekend. Your relationship guides this work and I want to hear your story before shaping your customized treatment plan.
Then on a weekend of your choice, we'll meet for about 4 hours each day at our Cherry Creek location (Denver, Colorado) or our Stonebriar Country Club location (Frisco, Texas). Our schedule will reflect:
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning Session
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Afternoon Session

F A Q
What’s included in the cost of the Intensive?
Your 4 pre-weekend sessions and a comprehensive assessment covering relationship dynamics and current challenges are included in this package. Each weekend intensive session is 4 hours of dedicated time with the therapist. Post-intensive "aftercare" support sessions are encouraged and available upon request.
What are "aftercare" sessions?
The intensive therapist is available for follow up sessions to further strengthen your new skills and help sustain your progress after the intensive weekend session. If you have an ongoing licensed therapist (individual or couples), we can coordinate care or provide them with a summary of your Intensive with a signed release of information from all parties.
Does Insurance Cover the Intensive?
Health Insurance typically does not cover the Intensive model. We can provide a Superbill which you can submit to your health insurance provider to attempt partial reimbursement, depending on your policy and insurance company stipulations. The cost is $2,400, or $200/hour. This covers the assessments, sessions, weekend intensive sessions, and follow up correspondence/coorindation of care.
Our relationship is non-traditional. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Our therapists work with all people in committed relationships.
