It’s hard to feel like your mind is constantly working against you. Maybe anxiety or panic attacks make it tough to get through the day, or ADHD leaves you feeling scattered, stuck, or frustrated with yourself. You’ve probably tried managing things on your own for a while, but now you’re ready for support that actually fits you.

In therapy, I offer a mix of practical tools and deeper self-understanding. I’ll help you build coping skills to navigate everyday challenges, while also exploring the “why” behind your patterns. I use a parts work-informed approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential therapy to help you connect with meaning, values, and the parts of you that often get overlooked.

My style is collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity. I want to understand how your brain works, what matters to you, and what kind of support actually helps. You don’t have to do this alone anymore. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk with you toward something more workable, fulfilling, and real.

I believe there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I tailor my approach to your unique experiences and perspectives. I offer compassionate, inclusive, and affirming therapy to adults (18+) from all walks of life. No matter where you stand, there is always room to grow and I am here for you every step of the way.  Here are some common concerns of which I support clients:
