I help individual clients and couples unscramble thoughts, heal from pain, and learn to communicate in ways that allow them to feel truly seen and heard. I welcome clients of all relational and cultural contexts, including those who are members of neurodivergent (ADHD/autistic), LGBTQIAP+, kink, poly, and ethically non-monogamous communities.
As a therapist, I help foster a sense of bravery with my clients, so that we can explore your desires, needs, thoughts, and emotions – including how they might show up physically. In therapy with me, you'll learn more about yourself in order to better communicate with others. We may even incorporate expressive arts activities to access non-verbal parts of the mind. (Don’t worry, no artistic skills necessary!)
I am devoted to helping my clients cultivate healthier and more fulfilling intimate connections. As I am currently pursuing certification in sex therapy, I’m able to approach the concerns and hopes you may have for your intimacy and sex life in a well-informed, nonjudgmental way.
With Legacy Trails Therapy, PLLC, Tiffany accepts several (but not all) BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Oscar, Meritain, Oxford, Surest, and Optum insurance plans. Learn more about insurance in our FAQ section.
