Supporting your healing, learning, and growth...
In your relationship, are you feeling stuck, disconnected, unloved, underappreciated, or unable to talk to each other without a disagreement or fight? Is something from the past affecting you or your partner?

There’s much that can impact a relationship and it’s my role to see through both your lens and the lens of your partner(s) to better understand the unique perspectives, histories, beliefs, stories, communication, and values that impact your relational dynamic. With this, we can work together to bridge understanding in how you think, feel, and act toward each other while replacing any negative cycles you feel 'stuck' in, with new and healthy ways to connect.
Therapeutic Approach
Every person is unique, and your authentic self can come from many different contexts: personal history, culture, personality, social interactions, communication patterns, intersectionality, and so many more. By understanding what makes you, you, we can further understand how you operate in relationships and daily life. Much of this comes from the stories that we tell ourselves and the alignment or misalignment of how we think, feel, act, and communicate.

My goal is to help you strengthen your connection, enhance intimacy, and rediscover the joy and fulfillment in your relationships. Together, we can explore how your relationship dynamics and/or intimacy meet with your sense of self and personal growth. Relationships can be complicated, but they don’t have to be. Let’s work together to understand your personal brand of connection.

Background
I have dedicated my life to relationships in different contexts. I have an MS in I/O Psychology where I helped leaders and employees understand and improve their relationship with work, their company, and each other. I’ve also been with my lovely wife for 16 years where we’ve intentionally learned to navigate our relationship and keep our passion alive. This has given me practical tools in how to empower others to do the work and find what works for them.
What to Expect
In our work together, I know the importance of safety, trust, and authentic connection. This is fostered by an environment where you feel empowered to address your concerns, explore desires, and navigate challenges with courage.
Connection is most important when it comes to finding the right therapist, so feel free to contact me so I can get to know you, your relationship, and what is bringing you to therapy at this time. I look forward to meeting you!
What Makes Me...Me...
My love for my long-term partner, my sweet and playful pup, visiting my chosen family, helping people connect, a growing collection of houseplants, collecting oddities/curiosities & historic items, books, an appreciation for quality and authenticity, traveling and seeing this beautiful world any chance I get, and appreciating the nature around us.
Education & Training
I am currently a candidate in the Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy program at Capella University and am pursuing my Sex Therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance and The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). I also have a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and specialized in People Analytics where I led organizations to be a better place to work. Lastly, I am being supervised by Robyn Flores, Ph.D., LMFT-S, LPC
