Hi, I'm Kimberly.

Why I'm Here...

Holding space for others has always felt natural to me. My background in the music and entertainment industry, along with my roots in community and activism, taught me the power of authenticity, care, and connection. I see therapy as both a deeply personal process and a form of collective care, where mental health and sexual wellness are honored as essential to overall wellbeing.

My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can bring your whole self without fear of judgment. I honor the complexity of identity, relationships, and lived experience, and I strive to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a place to be understood.

Who I Am as a Therapist...

I approach therapy through a systemic and intersectional lens, recognizing that our experiences are shaped by our relationships, identities, and the systems we move through. My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, which focuses on the stories we carry: the ones we've been told, the ones we tell ourselves, and the ones we're still writing. I also draw from other approaches as they make sense for our work together, creating a flexible process that fits your unique needs and goals.

My practice centers on supporting clients in exploring sexuality, intimacy, and relational wellbeing. I'm especially passionate about helping people redefine what it means to be a sexual and relational being, whether that involves navigating non-monogamy, recovering from addiction, processing grief, or adjusting to changes related to disability or injury. My goal is to foster a space of curiosity, compassion, and honest connection.

Who I Am as a Person...

I was raised in a multicultural, queer family, and that early exposure to diversity and connection continues to guide how I show up in the world. I'm neurodivergent, curious, and committed to honoring the full human experience: the joys, the challenges, and everything in between. Music has been a lifelong passion. I've played instruments, worked festivals across the country, and continue to immerse myself in live music whenever I can. I'm also a community builder and connector, a consent advocate, and a steward of social justice. These values shape both my life and my work.

In my free time, I enjoy road trips, hot springs, camping, dancing, playing tabletop RPGs with friends, collecting vintage sex books, and exploring new hobbies (even if I get bored of them quickly). I try to stay engaged with the world while also being present and mindful, always seeking balance, learning, and connection.
