Welcome!

Hello- I’m Lindsay. My first priority is helping you reach your goals. Not sure what your goals are? I can help with that, too.

As a Therapist...

I specialize in ethical nonmonogamy and polyamorous relationships. Whether you are curious about opening your relationship or have already opened your relationship, I can help you communicate in ways that strengthen the bonds between you.

I also work with monogamous couples looking to find their way back to each other. With trust and empathy, I help people talk about their needs in new and effective ways to create a more trusting relationship.

For individual clients feeling stuck, I am here to help. Maybe you need an empathetic ear. Maybe you need a soft kick in the rear (figuratively speaking, of course) to motivate yourself. I provide a safe place where you can confide your fears and worries so we can work together to find a way forward that works for you.

I use evidence-based therapy models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, and EMDR. I have a sex-positive approach to therapy and relationship issues. Despite what we've sometimes been told (or not told) about sex, it can be an important, positive part of life if you want it to be. I'm also kink-affirming and LGBTQ-allied.

As a Human...

I am currently working towards a PhD in Counseling Studies. My dissertation is an extension of my Master’s thesis, a qualitative study of a polycule (network of connected polyamorous individuals). I am an absolute geek for research and data.

In my spare time (there’s very little of that), I enjoy hiking, climbing, dinners out with friends, or spending time at home with my husband of 18 years and adorable pet bunnies.
