Welcome...

Challenges my clients face

In a world filled with so many different ways to communicate, isn’t it ironic that so many of us feel disconnected? Sure, we can talk to people, but it doesn’t always feel deep and meaningful. It can be hard to trust others, and then it’s hard to figure out what to do when you’re ready to start letting your walls down. Maybe you’ve been hurt a lot throughout your life. Many of us don’t have the best examples when it comes to self-care or healthy relationships. I help individual clients and couples unscramble thoughts, heal from pain, and learn to communicate in ways that allow them to feel truly seen and heard.

I welcome clients of all relational and cultural contexts, including those who are members of neurodivergent (ADHD/autistic), LGBTQIAP+, kink, poly, and ethically non-monogamous communities.

Who I am as a therapist

I help foster a sense of bravery with my clients, so that we can explore your desires, needs, thoughts, and emotions – including how they might show up physically. In therapy with me, you'll learn more about yourself in order to better communicate with others. We may even incorporate expressive arts activities to access non-verbal parts of the mind. (Don’t worry, no artistic skills necessary!)

I am devoted to helping my clients cultivate healthier and more fulfilling intimate connections. As I am currently pursuing certification in sex therapy, I’m able to approach the concerns and hopes you may have for your intimacy and sex life in a well-informed, nonjudgmental way.

Who I am as a Human...

Who I am as a human I’m a sci-fi nerd, music lover, and creator of various types of abstract art (just for fun). I like to pick up spontaneous new hobbies, which have included fire spinning, crocheting tiny animals, and striving to keep houseplants alive. I love spending time with my people, enjoying food, and the outdoors… but, let’s be honest, there are times when all I feel like doing is flopping on the couch with my dog and watching trash TV, because they say life is about balance.
