Rates are determined by experience, education, and licensure. Student interns have low-cost therapy options starting at $55 per session. Associates and Candidates (under supervision) have session rates from $100 - $140 Fully licensed clinicians have session rates from $150-$200 Ph.D.-level clinicians have session rates from $200-$250 Please reach out to us if you have any questions! admin@legacytrailstherapy.com

When you see your therapist for 55-minute sessions, that is not all they do! The fee for each session covers the first 7 items on the list below. Here are some behind-the-scenes things therapist do when they are not in session: Maintain clinical documentation, meaningful treatment plans, and progress notes Scheduling, correspondence, and marketing services Attend trainings for continuing education credits to maintain licensure Study, read, and prepare for complex cases and crisis situations Coordinate care with other providers on behalf of our clients ​Attend or provide weekly supervision  Pay for and maintain professional insurance, office space, and record-keeping systems Work other "side-gigs" to support themselves and their families Partake in self-care because we are the athletes of the clinical world, holding heavy and tender space for our clients for several hours a day. A therapist's sacred inner peace is their livelihood.

Fully licensed clinicians can provide superbills if your insurance company is Out-of-Network. Please note that a "qualifying diagnosis" is REQUIRED in order for us to provide one. The client is responsible for submitting superbills to their insurance company.

Yes! You sure can! HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards can be utilized for payment for your therapy sessions.
